Lead ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To support federal government projects, the full-time remote Lead ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability while leading a team in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requirements
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, create complex workflows, and manage integrations with external systems
• Mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical oversight and ensuring efficient solution delivery

Required qualifications

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs
