Lead ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions, the full-time Lead ServiceNow Engineer will drive ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB projects in a hybrid role based in Lakeland, FL, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Independently lead the design, architecture, development, and support of ServiceNow implementations across various business areas
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions that enhance platform capabilities and user experience
• Mentor junior developers and act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert, ensuring operational stability and effective communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of software engineering or enterprise application delivery experience
• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM
• 5+ years in a lead developer role with hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture and development
• Proven ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments
