Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Engineer who excels at architecting and governing a strategic ServiceNow platform for over 6,000 users.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on the ServiceNow platform strategy, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Lead development of complex platform-wide initiatives from design through implementation
• Serve as the top-tier technical escalation point, resolving complex issues across the platform

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including advanced scripting and custom application development
• Extensive experience architecting multi-system integrations (REST/SOAP)
• 7+ years of progressive ServiceNow development experience, including leading large-scale initiatives
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, and React
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
