Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Technologist - HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned systems and vendors, managing configuration changes and system maintenance
  • Consult with the business to optimize system use and lead the development of workflows and processes for integration and automation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with relevant courses in computer programming or systems analysis required; Computer Science or related degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of applicable experience in a technology environment
  • Experience specializing in ServiceNow CSM and HRSD preferred
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification required; additional ITIL 4 advanced certifications preferred
  • At least two vendor-specific application certifications strongly preferred
