Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Technologist - Reporting and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Performance Analytics solutions for data-driven decision-making
• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned systems and manage implementation of configuration changes
• Consult with stakeholders to optimize system usage and develop KPIs to measure system effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field with relevant coursework; Computer Science or related field preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a technology environment
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, CSM, ITSM, and ITOM preferred
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification required; advanced certifications preferred
• At least two vendor-specific application certifications preferred
