Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Technologist - Integrated Risk Management IRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Integrated Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned systems and manage configuration changes
• Consult with stakeholders to optimize system use and lead the development of workflows and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field with relevant courses; Computer Science or related field preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a technology environment
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, ITOM, IRM preferred
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification required; advanced certifications preferred
• At least two vendor-specific application certifications strongly preferred
