Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Technologist - CMDB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support CMDB and Discovery solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned systems and manage implementation of configuration changes
  • Consult with the business to optimize system usage and manage system maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with relevant courses; Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a technology environment
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and related automation preferred
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification required; additional certifications preferred
  • Must complete all required certifications within 12 months of position acceptance
