Job Summary

Managing service agreements and time and material programs, the full-time Lead Services Specialist will ensure customer satisfaction and profitability for assigned contracts while acting as a liaison between internal organizations and customers in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide management for service agreements and time and material programs
• Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Advanced English skills
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to execute policy/strategy based on technical experience
