Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team in identifying system issues and managing deployments of new system versions
• Oversee projects focused on observability and monitoring, ensuring key performance indicators are maintained
• Conduct post-incident reviews and implement strategies to improve system reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in site reliability engineering, particularly with Microsoft 365
• Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Graph APIs
• Intermediate skills in Power Apps/Automate for workflow management
• Experience with monitoring platforms like Splunk and Dynatrace
