Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Site Reliability Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Incident Commander for critical incidents, coordinating response and recovery efforts
• Own the problem management lifecycle, facilitating root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
• Partner with teams to improve reliability standards and operational readiness across data services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing software systems
• Experience managing incident responses for enterprise production systems
• Strong understanding of distributed data platforms and APIs
• Ability to coordinate technical teams during high-pressure incidents
