Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To support and modernize cloud environments, the remote Lead Site Reliability Engineer will design and maintain AWS infrastructure, implement automation and reliability practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure for production and non-production environments
• Create automation scripts and tooling to minimize manual operations and improve system reliability
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide operational support for cloud-related incidents

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in cloud, DevOps, SRE, or systems engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, and S3
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Terraform
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and VPNs
