Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance cloud operations, the full-time Lead Site Reliability Engineer will research, design, and develop software for cloud environments, ensuring reliability and efficiency while supporting a SaaS Enterprise Imaging platform, with partial telecommuting options available.

Key responsibilities

• Drive automation of cloud operations and deployment while defining implementation procedures
• Operate, scale, and troubleshoot applications and infrastructure for the cloud-based platform
• Provide 24x7x365 shift-based support with rotating on-call responsibilities

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Five years of experience in automation and administration of IT systems and cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in programming platforms such as Python or Node.js and scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash
• Experience with CI/CD processes, Terraform IaC pipelines, and managing Kubernetes environments
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and environments, including Terraform, Git, Jenkins, and Ansible
