Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance system performance and reliability, the full-time Lead Site Reliability Engineer will develop and implement software solutions, ensure compliance with security standards, and provide post-deployment support while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop software to meet business needs and enhance system functionality
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations while improving system performance, resiliency, and scalability
• Collaborate with users to address system issues and provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Four years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in software development, specifically with Salesforce technologies
• Experience developing custom Aura Components and Apex for dynamic user interfaces and business logic
• Proficiency in GIT-based workflows for code version management
• Ability to analyze and resolve incidents using tools like ALM, ServiceNow, or JIRA
