Lead Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Lead Site Reliability Engineer specializing in Active Directory, this remote position will manage the technical roadmap, establish a center of excellence, and oversee the design and implementation of identity and access management strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and maintain an 'Identity-as-Code' ecosystem, automating directory changes and security policy updates
- Lead the design and management of a global identity infrastructure for public cloud and on-premise environments
- Act as the final escalation point for complex Active Directory incidents, focusing on troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Management
- Experience with cloud-based directory services such as AWS Directory Service and Azure Active Directory
- Proven experience implementing GitOps workflows for infrastructure configuration
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
