Leading critical incident management, the full-time remote Lead Site Reliability Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert, monitor incident data for trends, and drive service excellence through operational discipline and engineering principles.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate the resolution of critical incidents across technology, products, and security
