Job Summary
To drive operational excellence in a high-accountability environment, the fully remote Lead Site Reliability Engineer will design and operate systems, implement CI/CD and observability solutions, and collaborate with development teams to enhance customer experiences across Azure cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate AKS clusters with enterprise guardrails and implement GitOps with Flux CD
- Lead Jenkins pipeline automation and GitHub Actions workflows for build/test/deploy processes
- Architect secure integration with Azure Key Vault and design Azure Networking components for optimal performance
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in DevOps/Platform/SRE roles, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity
- Deep expertise in Azure (Public/Gov) cloud services and resource management
- Hands-on experience with AKS, Helm 3, Flux CD, and Docker
- Proficiency in CI/CD automation using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Strong development skills in automation and debugging with languages such as Python, Go, or TypeScript
