Lead Sitecore Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Sitecore Engineer to support a digital transformation consultancy through remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for Sitecore based solutions, owning architecture, development standards, and overall technical delivery
• Design and build scalable Sitecore applications, including custom components, integrations, and headless or React based front ends
• Lead proof of concept efforts, provide technical guidance across the project lifecycle, and ensure solutions align with business and platform goals

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of professional development experience, with deep hands on expertise in Sitecore (XP/XM or composable architectures)
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, and modern front end frameworks such as React
• Experience leading technical delivery, making architectural decisions, and working in agency or consulting environments
• Familiarity with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, SQL Server, and modern DevOps practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
