Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead SNF Billing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct orientation and training for new hires in the Billing Department
• Resolve billing issues and provide backup support when needed
• Analyze accounts receivable reports, maintain software modules, and finalize month-end close process

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SNF billing
• Experience with PCC and/or MatrixCare a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to engage with a wide base of clients
• Capacity to work well in a fast-paced environment
