Lead Snowflake Developer

Job Summary

To support data management initiatives, the remote contract Lead Snowflake Developer will design, develop, and manage the Snowflake data environment, focusing on building scalable data structures and optimizing database performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain tables and data structures within the Snowflake environment
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to address data needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or analytics roles
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and Snowflake data analysis and development
• Experience with data quality and profiling in Snowflake
