Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex bugs and errors beyond the skills of system admins and developers
• Manage a small team of local and offshore developers while collaborating with stakeholders to design solutions
• Refactor the existing Apex codebase and assist in documenting the code base and architecture

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience and ability to learn other programming languages
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with UML, Agile, Extreme Programming, and KANBAN methodologies
• Familiarity with APEX/Salesforce DX, LWC, and Salesforce Managed Packages
• Previous remote self-managed, freelance, or contracting experience preferred
