Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications
• Architect, design, and implement secure, scalable, and cloud-ready solutions using industry best practices
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to junior developers, conducting code reviews and setting coding standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated leadership in full-stack application design and development
• Proficiency in Oracle APEX, Java & Spring Boot, Angular (latest versions), and Drools Rules Engine
• Hands-on experience developing secure applications in regulated environments (e.g., federal government, healthcare)
• Strong understanding of cloud-native design principles, RESTful API development, and microservices architecture
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and able to obtain and retain a Public Trust Tier 2 Moderate Risk Clearance
