Lead Software Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software & SQL Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain complex software applications
• Optimize database performance and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Lead by example in producing high-quality code and mentor team members while enforcing SDLC best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute
• 7 to 10 years of experience with C# and ASP.NET WebForms
• 5 years of experience with complex T-SQL queries and MS SQL Server
• 3 to 5 years of experience with cloud development (preferably AWS) and modern JavaScript frameworks
• 2 to 3 years of experience with ASP.NET Core MVC in production and CI/CD tooling
