Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Software Developer with technical leadership responsibilities
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, or .NET)
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and web development principles
• Experience designing and building production-grade systems with a focus on scalability and maintainability
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications on Azure
