Key Responsibilities

• Shape strategy and evolution of the development ecosystem with a focus on .NET and Visual Studio
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to peers, guiding modernization efforts and improving automation
• Collaborate with various teams to evaluate tooling and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business priorities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of related work experience in programming and supporting software applications
• Completion of a technical training program and 6 years of related work experience is acceptable
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field and 6 years of related work experience is also acceptable
