Lead Software Developer

Job Summary

To shape the premier quoting platform for small business insurance consumers, the full-time remote Lead Software Developer will build and enhance digital experiences, collaborating with business leaders and utilizing modern cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance software applications for the quoting platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes
• Participate in an on-call support rotation as needed

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of related work experience in programming and supporting software applications
• Completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 6 years of related work experience, or a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with at least 6 years of experience
• Advanced front-end development experience with Angular (v8 and up)
• Strong hands-on AWS development skills, including API Gateway and Lambda
• Full-stack development experience with solid object-oriented programming skills
