Job Summary
Leading a team of software developers, the full-time Lead Software Developer will prepare design specifications, mentor team members, and collaborate on product development plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare design specifications to meet product requirements and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations
- Mentor Professional Band developers and oversee the development team during New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
- Collaborate with software validation teams to enhance test automation frameworks and ensure requirements traceability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in design, development, and validation of PC software using C#, Java, C++, or JavaScript
- 2+ years of experience with test-driven development
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of software developers
- Knowledge of UML for software design and understanding of SDLC processes
