Lead Software Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Developer, the remote position will manage collaboration with team Architects, research new technologies, develop proof of concepts, and establish standards while analyzing applications for cloud migration and implementing innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, test, debug, and support new software or significant enhancements in an Agile Scrum team environment
- Collaborate with business partners and technical staff to create technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements
- Mentor team members on business processes and champion ownership of the development lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Working knowledge of software development methodologies, standards, and coding best practices
- Experience with various development languages including C#, Python, and SQL
- DevSecOps Engineering experience with tools such as Git and Terraform
- Familiarity with major cloud providers like Azure or AWS and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
