Lead Software Developer
Job Summary
To drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise web applications, the full-time Lead Software Developer will lead full-stack development using Java/Spring Boot and Node.js, build responsive UIs with Angular, and architect secure cloud environments on AWS while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-performance applications, ensuring robust backend services and appealing frontend experiences
- Architect, deploy, and maintain secure cloud environments utilizing AWS services while implementing RESTful APIs and microservices for efficient data flow
- Guide technical teams, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous integration and deployment initiatives in an Agile environment
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related degree
- 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of three years in agile development using Azure Dev Ops or Jira
- Proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying applications in AWS environments
- Strong proficiency in Java and deep expertise in the Spring Boot framework
- Expansive experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS, and modern UI templates
