Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive test plans and execute automated tests
• Mentor junior SDETs and QA engineers while leading QA process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of software development and testing experience, focusing on automated testing
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with test automation tools and CI/CD tools
• Certification in software testing is preferred within 1 year of hire
