Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in Software Technical Support or Systems Support Engineering
• 4-8 years of experience leading technical teams
• Strong Linux server administration and networking fundamentals
• Hands-on scripting experience with Python and Shell for automation
