• 5+ years of experience with Go or Ruby on Rails, along with strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Proven ability to lead technical work in a startup or fast-changing environment
• Strong product and customer intuition for translating business needs into technical decisions
• Track record of shipping production software actively used by customers
