Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer for their DRive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the work of a small US-based DRive engineering team
Lead both product initiatives and technical debt projects
Drive the consolidation of DRive's legacy tech stack with the company's broader R&D stack

Required Qualifications:

Software engineer level 5 with full stack capabilities and interest or experience in management roles
Startup experience and mindset
Experience in architecture and design, NodeJS, Python, Ruby on Rails, React/NextJS, DB (MongoDB, Postgres or equivalent), Cloud (GCP, AWS or similar), and CI/CD (Jenkins, Github actions or similar)
Strong leadership skills and ability to scope out and lead cross-functional projects
Experience working in scrum and agile practices
