Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (RPG / iSeries) for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software engineers in designing and developing system components
Integrate systems to databases and applications using middleware
Act as a practitioner coach to enhance the team's capabilities

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of related experience in designing, building, and deploying software in IT
Minimum of 2+ years of experience programming on the iSeries using RPG language
Experience with Agile software development projects
Experience with advanced concepts of Containers, Micro-Services, and Continuous Integration
Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science preferred
