Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning feature delivery from ideation to implementation with support from the Head of Engineering and Product Owners
- Leading a team of engineers, evaluating and integrating new technologies
- Maintaining a tight feedback loop with product stakeholders to ensure all features meet end-users' needs
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years software design and development experience
- BS, MS, or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Expertise in Java/JEE, Spring Framework, Struts, Hibernate, and SQL database development
- Experience with microservices-based development and AWS infrastructure
- Ability to break down and solve complex problems
