Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements and implement software design and architecture using advanced JavaScript frameworks
• Design and develop server, middle, and client layers of applications, including custom ETL processes and database interactions
• Conduct code reviews, optimize system performance, and create technical documentation for processes and configurations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of software development experience, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience
• At least 5 years of experience with Isomorphic SmartClient framework and software development lifecycle in an agile environment
• Experience with software version management tools such as GitHub and Bit Bucket
• Deep understanding of distributed systems design and object-oriented software design
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with relational database systems like Postgres or SQL Server
