Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team in the design, development, and implementation of software applications
Identify gaps in requirements, evaluate risks, and recommend improvements for system performance
Support project management as the technical lead, estimating project costs and defining system designs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
8 years of experience in software design, development, and requirements management
Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, MongoDB)
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C, or Python
