Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development from inception to launch, owning significant parts of the product and its features
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create user-centered products
• Guide engineers towards a unified technical goal and architecture while ensuring high-quality feature releases

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in a software engineering role, preferably in a SaaS product environment
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Go, Python)
• Understanding of web fundamentals and exposure to Front End stacks (e.g., React, VueJS)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud) and scalable distributed systems
• Data-driven mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
