Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to develop software on their philanthropic solutions platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of up to 4 engineers
• Collaborate with engineers and product professionals to design, implement, and test new features
• Write high-performance code, refactor existing code, and adhere to security standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript
• 8+ years of backend development experience with Node.js
• 8+ years of frontend development experience including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Distributed Version Control Systems (Git)
