Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer to strengthen technical leadership and drive innovation in software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a global team of software engineers and SDET in designing and delivering scalable web applications and backend services
Own end-to-end technical problem-solving and uphold engineering standards across projects
Mentor and coach engineers while promoting continuous learning and best practices in software development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience developing with Microsoft C#/.NET Framework/.NET Core
5+ years of experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures
Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
Strong database skills (both relational and non-relational)
