Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Egypt).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex technical requirements and ensure codebase alignment with established criteria
• Lead implementation of best coding practices and advocate for code quality standards
• Plan and execute advanced software tests to ensure system robustness and reliability

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of development experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in SPA and backend technologies
• 4+ years of experience with databases, preferably SQL Server
• Advanced foundation in software analysis, testing, and debugging across all stages of the development life cycle
• Proven experience in leading within an Agile environment and fostering continuous improvement
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
