Key Responsibilities

• Enhance the capabilities of the Reconciliation Engine to improve automatic reconciliation rates
• Architect systems for scalability to support a growing customer base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and address customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a tech lead role
• Experience with large-scale, high-availability systems
• Proficiency in SQL/Relational databases
• Experience in the payments industry, particularly with ACH, Wire, or FX
• Prior experience in automatic cash reconciliation is highly desirable
