Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - AI Data Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems to collect and curate high-quality training datasets for various learning use cases
• Build scalable featurization and preprocessing pipelines for AI/ML model development
• Lead the development of infrastructure for experimentation, evaluation, and deployment of machine learning models

Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with experience in data collection and transformation pipelines
• Proficiency in Python, including async programming and data-centric frameworks
• Familiarity with ML model development workflows and infrastructure
• Experience deploying and scaling AI systems in cloud environments
• Proven success in ambiguous environments such as research labs or startups
