Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Profile, MUMPS) who will work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and clarify project requirements in collaboration with the Development Team Leader and business owners
• Lead projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best practices in software development
• Code projects and ensure compliance with design standards and defect rate specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
• Preferred: 6 years of experience developing on Profile application (MUMPS and PSL)
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in project management and system design
