Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior-level role
• Strong full-stack skills and a deep understanding of software design and performance optimization
• Comfort navigating across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Solid database skills, including SQL and familiarity with non-relational systems
• Experience in marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or remote teams is a plus
