Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (JAVA).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system enhancement efforts, including evaluation and improvement of systems, processes, and applications
• Provide technical support to production systems, addressing complex issues and ensuring functionality
• Utilize technical expertise to mentor associates and serve as a resource for management and business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
• Preferred education in Computer Science
• Experience with Java EE platforms and developing web applications using popular frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
• Hands-on experience with programming languages and tools such as SQL, REST Web services, and versioning tools like Git
