Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer I to oversee the software development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver software iteratively and incrementally
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape the product roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, mathematics, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, including 1+ years as a lead or senior software engineer
• Experience with Python, Java Enterprise, and building RESTful applications
• Basic understanding of relational or NoSQL database concepts
• Practitioner of Agile methodologies and capable of working in a cross-functional team
