Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to establish and lead a team focused on providing a best-in-class experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, maintenance, testing strategy, and operations of a backend team using C#/.NET Core and SQL databases in AWS
• Collaborate with business leads to define milestones and deliveries for new functionality in existing applications
• Lead the team in design sessions to ensure high-quality work aligns with application and platform missions

Required Qualifications

• Experience as the expert on a development team responsible for planning and delivering key features
• Expertise in at least one object-oriented language, such as C# or Java
• Experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core is preferred
• Strong relational database skills with technologies like MySQL or SQL Server
• Ability to write automated comprehensive test suites at all levels of the architecture
