Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional programming experience
• 1+ years of technical leadership experience
• Proficiency in frontend technologies like TypeScript, React, and CSS
• Experience with backend services, preferably Ruby on Rails
• Familiarity with GraphQL and modern development practices
