A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer, Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Independently plan and execute the Software Quality Assurance Strategy within scrum teams
Lead and mentor Software Engineer-QAs, ensuring progress on QAE Strategy and strategic goals
Develop, automate, and execute test plans to enhance automated testing coverage

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of progressive IT experience in software development with a focus on quality assurance
Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python, as well as test automation tools
Experience with CI/CD automation and performance testing tools
Familiarity with SQL and database platforms
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
