Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Remote MD, DC, VA).

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of applications
Identify gaps in requirements and develop solutions while managing technical resources and project risks
Support the Project Manager as the technical lead, estimating project costs and conferring with clients on requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
8 years of experience in software design and development, software testing, and requirements management
Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, Oracle)
Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD processes
Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, C, or Python
